The a la carte experience provides six live cooking stations including soup, salad, fresh fruits, desserts and more with an abundance of food choices including Egg Drop Soup, Pot Stickers, Thai Beef Salad, Oriental Noodle Salad and Lomi-Lomi Salmon. Capturing an array of unique flavors, menu highlights include Sushi and Nigiri Rolls, Miso Glazed Tuna with Asian vegetables, Soy and Ginger Crusted Mahi Mahi, Macadamia Nut Crusted Chicken, Polynesian Coconut Curried Chicken, Kailua Pork Loin, Waikiki Beach Barbeque Pork Ribs and Diamond Head Grilled Red Fish. The “Luau” buffet’s dessert station features Coconut Cup Cakes and Pineapple Upside-Down Cake for those looking to satisfy their sweet tooth.
